Directly, Neobux is NOT a scam. It has paid a lot of members already regardless if its standard or golden. I, myself, got paid twice already and you can see proof of payments below:

For standard members, the minimum payout changes everytime you request for payment. On your first attempt, the minimum payout is 2 dollars. On your second request, it's 3 dollars. On third payment request, it's 4 dollars. And so on until you reach 10 dollars minimum payout. After that, it will always be 10 dollars minimum payout. I already made my first two payment requests so my new minimum aount is 4 dollars.
